Job description

Hi, we’re Jabra Hearing. We’re on a mission to empower tens of millions of people to hear better through convenient, personalized hearing care — at a fraction of the cost thanks to telemedicine. In three years, we went from a scrappy startup to a leader in the direct-to-consumer hearing care space with the backing of our parent company GN, a global pioneer in intelligent audio solutions, to prove it. We partnered with Jabra (also in the GN Family) to create the Jabra Enhance online hearing business. Leveraging GN's expertise and Jabra's pioneering audio engineering helps us make our hearing care even more accessible and affordable.

About us.

We’re a data-thirsty, outcomes-driven group that cares as deeply about our employees as we do our customers. We’re led by a diverse crew of enormously talented thinkers, creators, and doers who are as collaborative as they are compassionate (and passionate). The team at Jabra Hearing includes actors, sommeliers, top-chefs, dancers, black belts, filmmakers and countless four-legged furry sidekicks.

About the role.

The Sr. Art Director is a highly collaborative creative partner focused on concepting, shooting, and editing video that brings our campaigns, product launches, and brand stories to life across paid, social, web, and retail. This position will own video from idea to final delivery, while bringing strong art direction to photography, campaign creative, and digital marketing assets. The Sr. Art Director will manage the Senior Brand Designer, who leads much of the static campaign and digital design work.

What you’ll do.
  • Concept, plan, shoot, and edit video end to end for campaigns, launches, product storytelling, paid media, social, and web
  • Create product demos, how‑to and setup videos, and customer stories that help people understand and trust our products
  • Develop shot lists, storyboards, and production plans for both lightweight in‑house shoots and larger productions with external partners
  • Direct talent, crews, and partners on set to capture footage that meets a high creative bar
  • Produce a steady flow of short‑form and vertical video for paid and organic social, including cutdowns and variations for performance testing
  • Capture photography alongside video for campaigns, launches, social, and brand storytelling
  • Create motion graphics and lightweight animation to support video and digital content
  • Direct and collaborate with renders to develop compelling hearing aid render images, animations, & videos
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully across ideation, editing, versioning, and production to increase output without sacrificing quality
Creative & Visual Design
  • Set the visual direction for campaigns and launches, keeping video, photography, and design cohesive across channels
  • Provide guidance and feedback on campaign, digital, retail, and email creative led by the Senior Brand Designer
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and mentor a Senior Brand Designer while helping maintain a high creative standard across the team
  • Partner closely with marketing, growth, product, and leadership teams to bring campaigns and launches to market quickly and effectively
  • Maintain creative consistency and production quality across all customer touchpoints
  • Bring proactive ideas for new content formats, production efficiencies, and creative experiments
What you’ll bring.
  • A video reel and portfolio demonstrating hands‑on concepting, shooting, and editing, alongside campaign and brand work
  • Proven experience directing and producing photo and video shoots, from planning through delivery
  • Strong proficiency in video editing and motion tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
  • Hands‑on experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio capture
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Strong understanding of short‑form, social‑first, and performance‑minded video
  • Experience applying AI tools to video and creative workflows, with sound judgment about quality and brand standards
  • Strong preference for in‑house creative experience, particularly within consumer electronics, lifestyle, health + wellness, or DTC brands
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and move quickly in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a Marketing related field are preferred.

Experience:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in art direction, design, or video production
  • 3+ years operating at a Senior Art Director level or equivalent
  • A video reel and portfolio demonstrating hands‑on concepting, shooting, and editing, alongside campaign and brand work
