As a Sr. Area Sales Manager – Technical Insulation Air Distribution , you will play an important role in driving profitable growth for Owens Corning by delivering customer-focused solutions and executing commercial strategies across your assigned territory. In this role, you will build strong relationships with distributors and contractors, helping them grow their businesses while strengthening Owens Corning’s market position.
This role goes beyond traditional sales by acting as a trusted partner to customers—understanding their needs, solving challenges, and delivering value through products, insights, and service. You will collaborate across teams to create meaningful impact in the market and support long‑term growth.
POSITION LOCATION: Northern California and Oregon (remote; 40–50% travel required)
The base salary range for this position is $79,000 to $109,000, with the potential for up to an additional 25% if the applicant hired has additional related qualifications.
