Mandatory expertise and experience:

• 5+ years of web development experience with any of the following:
• C#
• ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core
• SQL Server
• HTML
• Entity Framework (EF)
• Other 3rd or 4th generation programming languages (3GL or 4GL)

• 2+ years of experience with cloud services such as:
• Azure App Services
• Azure SQL Server
• Azure DevOps
• AWS (Amazon Web Services)

Desirable expertise and experience:

• Supporting or maintaining applications for the LDWF or the State of Louisiana
• Developing applications with third-party APIs or payment processors
• Experience with PGP encryption, stored procedures, or specific frameworks like FluentValidation, Hangfire, CsvHelper, RestSharp
• Managing source code in GitHub

Scope of services:

• Design, develop, test, and document system functionalities
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve program and system issues
• Collaborate with users to determine needs and prepare specifications
• Implement system modifications and enhancements
• Coordinate development, testing, and deployment tasks
