The Office of Technology Services (OTS) was established to recognize cost savings through the consolidation of State IT assets and resources. OTS manages hardware, operating systems, database management systems, networks, third-party software, and custom applications. It leads the State’s technology procurement to standardize technology, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure scalability of new products, which can be offered to all in-scope agencies.

The scope of services includes:

• Supervise coding practices of application programmers specializing in Intelligrants grant management software
• Customize or configure Intelligrants coding to provide agency-specific functionality
• Collaborate with the application architect and database administrator to assist in designing OCD DRU use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on State complexity

Mandatory expertise/relevant experience includes:

• High-level knowledge of Intelligrants grant management software architecture
• Extensive experience in Intelligrants source code development using Python, Heroku PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Power BI
