Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer in Baton Rouge, LA to design, build, and lead enterprise Power Platform initiatives. You will deliver Canvas and Model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and scalable data models, while integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.

You will mentor developers, drive ALM best practices, and ensure secure, compliant deployments across multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse/SQL, Power BI).
• 5+ years of ALM experience.
• Strong understanding of Dev/Test/Prod environment strategy, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with security, RBAC, and SQL queries.
• 5+ years translating business requirements into technical designs.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects in a shared-services environment.

Position Overview

Join a team delivering enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions that improve business processes, reporting, automation, and digital services. This role focuses on designing scalable applications, integrating Microsoft technologies, and providing technical leadership while supporting modern low-code development initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse/RDBMS, and Power BI.
• 5+ years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Strong understanding of Dev/Test/Prod environment strategy, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with security, role-based access control, and SQL queries.
• 5+ years gathering business requirements and translating them into technical designs.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects in a shared-services environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms.
• Government, public sector, or other regulated environment experience.
• MS SQL Server experience.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Azure services, including Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management.
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
