Overview

We are seeking a Digital Automation / Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support business applications and analytics solutions within a Microsoft-centric environment. This role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform to automate processes, improve data visibility, and deliver scalable, business-oriented digital solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven apps).
  • Create and manage data connections across Microsoft tools and enterprise data sources, including role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports that convert raw or low-quality data into meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Design and implement intake forms to capture business requirements, cost data, and value metrics from stakeholders.
  • Support and enhance business process automation initiatives using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with business users to translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable digital solutions.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with Microsoft governance, security, and environment standards, including Entra ID (Azure AD) policies.
  • Provide clear documentation, training, and user support for developed applications and dashboards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital automation, business application development, or data visualization within a Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Experience working in corporate or industrial environments.
  • An advanced degree may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience.
Candidate Profile
  • Background in Digital Automation / Microsoft Power Platform
  • Advanced-level hands-on experience (expert level not required)
  • Able to work autonomously with flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • Strong business-oriented mindset with a focus on value delivery
Must-Have Skills
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboard development and data visualization)
  • Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation
  • Prior experience working in a Microsoft corporate environment
  • Knowledge of role-based access control and data connectivity
  • Ability to structure, analyze, and derive insights from incomplete or low-quality data
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Dataverse and data modeling concepts
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Azure SQL, SharePoint, APIs)
  • Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Understanding of intake processes, cost/value analysis, and KPI definition
  • Basic knowledge of Power Platform governance and best practices
  • Experience working in multicultural or international project teams
  • Ability to support or mentor junior team members
