You'll serve as the bridge between customers and engineering, helping customers troubleshoot technical challenges and identify the right solution for their application. Because the team is relatively small, there is flexibility to shape the role around your strengths, whether that leans more toward hands‑on engineering support, customer interaction, or a blend of both. You'll work closely with customers, sales, and engineering to troubleshoot applications, evaluate how electrical systems interact, and recommend the appropriate technical solution.
