Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing application engineering or technical support for electrical or electronic products.
• Knowledge of electronic circuits and system-level electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work onsite daily.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 5% (typically one week of overnight travel per quarter).

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to evaluate application requirements.
• Recommend products based on customer applications.
• Support sales through technical discovery and solution development.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and application issues.
• Diagnose product integration and performance challenges.
