What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, plan, develop, integrate, and coordinate the operations of information systems
- Provide technical expertise for staff on new system development, modifications, and updates
- Make technical recommendations for standards and changes in business processes
- Work on program and project objectives with substantial latitude for decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams in supporting Behavioral Health or Medicaid applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of six (6) years of information systems experience in an enterprise environment with Microsoft development technologies, including .NET, SQL, and Azure
- At least two (2) years of professional experience in an enterprise environment working with Microsoft development technologies
- An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field may substitute for experience
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field may substitute for all previous qualifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Software Development technology stack: .NET, Azure DevOps, Azure infrastructure & resources, and T-SQL or SSIS
- Familiarity with Azure data tools, such as Data Factory and/or Synapse
- Understanding of Business Intelligence and reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI, and Tableau
- Ability to work independently on development technology functions with minimal guidance
- Willingness to learn current Information Technology frameworks such as ITIL, PMBOK, Agile, and DevOps
