Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Senior Analyst of Warehouse Operations in Chicago to lead day-to-day metrics, leverage data for trends, and guide initiatives to close gaps. You will drive cost-saving strategies, manage 3PL communications, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver service, cost, and quality improvements.

The role requires ERP experience (SAP/SAP EWM preferred), strong Excel skills, and 25% travel. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in a related function are required.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years general background in function area.
• ERP proficiency (SAP preferred).
• SAP EWM proficiency strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate clear and actionable operations models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience utilizing or creating reports in Tableau preferred.
• Travel up to 25% required.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI and financial results focusing on key warehouse metrics to improve service and drive down overall cost.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities and implement strategic solutions.
• Tracking and generation of cost savings initiatives across operations.
• Lead day-to-day operational communication with 3PLs and provide daily updates to leadership.
• Lead buffer site weekly and monthly review calls with site managers.
• Drive capital project execution.
• Partner with cross functional operations team to deliver results in the areas of service, cost, and quality.
• Co-develop pipeline productivity initiatives with site managers.
• Co-facilitate site startups when necessary.
• Engage transportation on productivity, cost, and carrier performances.
• Create purchase orders, review and approve invoices, and work with finance and vendors to resolve issues.
• Provide support and input during the annual financial budget process.

Job Description

Role / Title:

The Senior Analyst of Warehouse Operations is the main point of contact for their respective sites, working closely with both internal and external partners to deliver results. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day metrics and performance of warehouse(s) operations, with a focus on leveraging data to recognize trends and lead initiatives to solve gaps. Additionally, this position will identify and support productivity and KPI improvement initiatives, including crossfunctional projects. The scope of this position also includes pillar management within the warehouse team.

• Travel up to 25% required.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
