Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks a logistics/ops professional to drive KPI and financial results for warehouse operations. You will lead 3PL communications, manage cost-saving initiatives, and partner with site managers on productivity projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of general operations experience; strong Excel and Tableau skills are preferred. You will be accountable for budget input and cross-functional collaboration to deliver cost and service

Job description

Tracking and generation of cost savings initiatives across operations. Lead day-to-day operational communication with 3PLs and provide daily updates to leadership. Co-facilitate site startups when necessary. Engage transportation on productivity, cost, and carrier performances. Create purchase orders, review and approve invoices, and work with finance and vendors to resolve issues. Provide support and input during the annual financial budget process. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 3 years General background in function area. Ability to create win/win solutions to problems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate clear and actionable operations models. Expert in Excel and Microsoft Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player, detail-oriented, proactive with a drive to deliver results. Experience utilizing or creating reports in tableau preferred.

New Hire Base Salary Range: $89,800.00 - $112,200.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
