At Dycom Industries, as a Sr Analyst, Talent Development, you'll support talent management initiatives across the enterprise, working closely with the Senior Manager of Talent Development. This role focuses on researching, analyzing, and developing processes aligned with the company's talent management lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience supporting enterprise-wide talent programs, and familiarity with talent management systems.

What you'll do as a Sr Analyst, Talent Development
  1. Assist in researching, developing, and documenting talent management processes aligned with the Dycom Talent Management Lifecycle.
  2. Analyze talent and leadership data to identify trends and provide insights to improve leadership effectiveness and development strategies.
  3. Support the implementation and optimization of talent management processes and systems to meet organizational needs.
  4. Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track the impact of talent development initiatives.
  5. Assist with talent management projects, success profiles, career mapping, employee recognition, and mentorship programs.
  6. Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent development strategies with business objectives.
  7. Stay current on best practices in talent management and leverage insights to enhance programs.
  8. Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop individualized development plans for employees.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives, recommending data-driven enhancements.
  10. Perform other duties and projects as required.
What you'll need
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or organizational development.
  • Strong analytical skills with HR data interpretation ability.
  • Proven project management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of leadership assessments, 360-degree feedback, and succession planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a complex, multi-subsidiary organization.
Physical abilities & exposures
  • Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as sitting, standing, and using computers.
  • Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 30% for collaboration, meetings, and training support.
