Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Sales Analytics and Planning professional to support data collection, modeling and analysis across NA channels. You will consolidate data from multiple systems to deliver timely insights and drive profitable agency performance while curbing expenses.

Responsible for supporting the Sales Analytics and Planning team by collecting accurate data, processing, modeling and analysis. Consolidate data from several different systems and sources to provide department timely and accurate information. Benchmark and compare agencies against peer set and provide recommendations and strategies to focus on most profitable agencies while reducing expense to underperforming agencies. Work closely with BI and Marketing Analytics to maintain decisive reporting to measure key metrics of sales performance.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field of study or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience
EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience including but not limited to finance, strategic planning, sales analysis or related analytical experience, data analytics/reporting.
