Job summary

The Strategic Projects Senior Analyst at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. supports design, build, and execution of strategic initiatives and partnerships to improve competitiveness, growth, and efficiency across multi-year programs.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Projects, you will drive delivery, coordinate across functions, draft executive materials, and contribute to a culture of excellence within the project team as you enable integration of ventures and manage risk.

Responsibilities

  • Enable strategic projects and partnerships in alignment with the enterprise strategy and goals
  • Support integration of new venture(s) by drafting comprehensive execution plans, facilitating cross-workstream and key stakeholder alignment, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and supporting delivery of integrated project plans
  • Draft high-impact materials and communications, including deliverables for the board of directors and executive leadership team
  • Collaborate with working-level team(s) at strategic partner(s) and third-party execution support (e.g., management consultants, design consultants, and contractors)
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability across the project team(s)
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned

JOB SUMMARY

The Strategic Projects Senior Analyst supports design, build, and execution of strategic initiatives and partnerships that enhance competitiveness, growth, and operational efficiency across NCLH. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Projects, the Senior Analyst helps drive delivery of strategic project(s), cross-functional coordination, and long-term performance optimization across multi-year strategic initiative(s).


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Enable strategic projects and partnerships in alignment with the enterprise strategy and goals

  • Support integration of new venture(s) by drafting comprehensive execution plans, facilitating cross-workstream and key stakeholder alignment, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and supporting delivery of integrated project plans

DEGREE TYPE, FIELD(S) OF STUDY, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS


  • DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

  • FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Business, Finance, Project Management or related field or related field with demonstrated project management experience

  • EXPERIENCE Preference for 2-4 years of experience in complex program management of capital-intensive physical assets

  • CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES Bachelor's degree PMP certification preferred
