POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end Account Establishment & Maintenance (AE&M) processes to enhance customer experience. Identify root cause issues and develop solutions supporting Operations, Sales, and customers. Support growth and retention of profitable LTL business. Problems faced are typically straightforward.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct analysis of customer data to resolve business problems and deliver operational and customer benefits.
2. Participate in initiatives to develop and maintain internal processes, ensuring audits, governance, and controls are in place.
3. Research to identify and correct root cause issues related to customer pricing application, hierarchy updates, rating, billing, and shipping errors.
4. Interpret pricing agreements based on customer contracts.
5. Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to pricing, customer hierarchy, account setup, and agreement discrepancies.
6. Research and determine the need for new account creation or account cleanup/maintenance.
7. Participate in projects and processes, working independently under general supervision.
8. Engage in strategic initiatives with other teams and external customers, ensuring deadlines are met.
9. Provide training to the Vendor team and clarify the No Discount process as needed.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
11. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in transportation, distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain management, including process and technology aspects, with industry-specific experience in LTL required.
• Knowledge of account establishment & maintenance, sales, invoicing, pricing, and operational processes.
• Proficiency in SQL language tools.
• Strong analytical skills, risk analysis, and problem resolution abilities.
• Solution-oriented with project management skills, capable of translating customer needs into solutions.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to operate in a flexible work environment and collaborate effectively within a team.

Working Conditions:
