Sr Analyst - RPA UiPath System Analyst - Remote

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst specializing in RPA UiPath to join our team remotely. The role involves utilizing various delivery methodologies, acting as a liaison between IT and business units, and documenting application requirements and technical solutions. The position also involves providing guidance to junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to identify processes suitable for automation.
• Conduct process analysis and create documentation such as the Process Definition Document.
• Define business requirements and test scenarios for automated processes.
• Partner with Solution Architects for implementation planning.
• Collaborate with automation developers and testers, and create knowledge transfer documentation.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Experience with RPA and business automation, particularly UiPath platform tools like UiPath Studio, ReFramework, queues, and API automation.
• Knowledge of UiPath Discovery tools such as Automation Hub, Process Mining, and Insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting key business applications or system requirements.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory compliance like HIPAA or PCI.
• Background in healthcare or PBM industries.
• Understanding of security implications.
