Job Description

We are looking for an RPA Business Analyst to elicit and document detailed requirements for RPA projects. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You'll Do

• As an RPA Business Analyst (UiPath), you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business processes and technology solutions.
• Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, and implement RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
• You'll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful RPA implementations.

What You'll Need

Required:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT, and a minimum of 5+ years as an RPA BA.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certification in RPA (such as UiPath Certified RPA BA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with process modeling and workflow automation tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
