Job Title: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

Contract Duration: May 12, 2025 – May 8, 2026

Hours per Week: 40

Location: Remote

Rate: $93.60– $108.23/hour, dependent on skills and qualifications

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to support the automation of internal workflows and processes. This role is focused on leveraging RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and OCR technologies to streamline operations, reduce manual work, and improve process visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, OCR, and browser automation tools
• Build intelligent workflows incorporating generative AI to assist in data-driven decision-making
• Automate data extraction from sources such as emails, Excel spreadsheets, and PDFs
• Collaborate with product management to gather requirements and understand user workflows
• Ensure solutions are user-friendly, non-disruptive, and aligned with business needs
• Document process flows and provide ongoing support for deployed automation solutions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing RPA solutions with UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with OCR, document parsing, and browser automation
• Experience integrating AI workflows into business automation tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
