Sr Analyst - RPA UiPath System Analyst - Remote

Lensa, a leading career site, is assisting Prime Therapeutics in seeking qualified professionals for the role of Sr. Systems Analyst - RPA UiPath. This position involves utilizing various delivery methodologies, acting as a liaison between IT and business units, and guiding less senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and conduct process analysis.
• Create documentation like Process Definition Documents.
• Define business requirements and test scenarios for automated processes.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to plan implementation.
• Work with automation developers and testers, providing knowledge transfer documentation.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Experience with RPA and business automation, especially UiPath platform components like Automation Hub, Task Mining, and Insights.
• Understanding of UiPath automation tools such as UiPath Studio, ReFramework, queues, and API automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years supporting key business applications and system requirements.
• Leadership experience and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI) and healthcare industry knowledge preferred.
