We’re hiring a Software Engineer (Remote, 1+ Year Contract) for a world-renowned medical center celebrated for its patient-centered care, groundbreaking research, and collaborative, innovative culture.

Join the Enterprise Automation and Agentic AI team, where you’ll help transform healthcare operations through cutting-edge automation solutions. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and support UiPath-based technologies—including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Document Understanding, and Agentic AI—to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality of care delivery. This is a fully remote contract opportunity expected to last over one year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using UiPath

• Create Document Understanding automations to streamline document processing

• Support the development of Agentic AI solutions using UiPath’s advanced capabilities

• Collaborate with team leads, application analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality results

• Provide ongoing support for UiPath-based automations

• Work with solution architects to understand business requirements and design effective automation workflows

• Ensure reliability and performance through optimized configuration and management

• Implement robust error-handling and exception management mechanisms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation design, architecture, and development

• Extensive hands-on experience with UiPath and developing complex automated workflows

• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding and AI-driven automation tools

• Strong background in integrating automation solutions with various systems (APIs, web services, databases)

• Experience documenting automation architecture, design, and code

• Proven ability to train and mentor automation developers and testers

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• UiPath certification is highly preferred

• Experience in healthcare automation is a strong plus
