Job Overview
- The Sr. Analyst Remarketing Sales Operations, reporting to the Manager of Remarketing Sales Operations, will support all marketing and promotional activities of MBUSA's online vehicle remarketing platform, MBonDemand. This role involves working with and directing vendors supporting MBUSA off-lease vehicle sales.
- The Senior Analyst will assist Remarketing Sales & Operations Managers in managing the arbitration process for all vehicles sold on MBonDemand, ensuring the customer experience aligns with MBUSA standards.
- Support MBUSA Remarketing with audits and compliance of daily wires totaling approximately $10M and annual physical audits of inventory worth up to $600M, ensuring adherence to all compliance and integrity standards.
- Provide additional support to the management team on various projects as requested by the Senior Manager of Remarketing Sales and Operations and Remarketing Operations Managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing communications and campaigns on MBonDemand.com.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment and achievement of goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with designated dealer networks through ongoing communication and consulting to enhance PO/CPO sales and off-lease purchase engagement.
- Work with MBUSA Field teams to develop dealer PO strategies and objectives.
- Establish relationships with independent dealer networks to facilitate off-lease acquisitions through promotional programs and remarketing channels.
- Manage and analyze sales reports, providing updates to dealer networks on progress and opportunities.
- Keep the Manager informed with weekly updates on sales initiatives and targets. Maintain current records in Salesforce and other account management tools regarding dealer activities and reporting.
- Address vehicle arbitration claims as needed.
- Oversee the department budget, ensuring expenditures align with the annual fiscal plan.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests from the Director and Senior Manager.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with focus areas including:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Communications
- Accounting
- Economics
- Finance
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in:
- Business fundamentals impacting organizational success and profitability
- Financial knowledge including basic accounting and budgeting
- Marketing communications planning
- Market research, data analysis, strategic and creative marketing development
