Job Overview
- The Sr. Analyst Remarketing Sales Operations, reporting to the Manager of Remarketing Sales Operations, will support all marketing and promotional activities of MBUSA’a on-line vehicle remarketing platform, MBonDemand. This position will work with and direct Vendors supporting MBUSA off-lease vehicle sales.
- Additionally, the Senior Analyst Remarketing Sales Operations will assist Remarketing Sales & Operations Managers in the management of the arbitration process for all vehicles sold on the MBonDemand platform to ensure the customer experience meets the standards of MBUSA.
- Support MBUSA Remarketing with audits and compliance of the daily wires of approximately $10M and annual physical audits worth up to $600M of inventory to ensure the department is meeting or exceeding all Compliance and Integrity stipulations.
- Finally, the ideal candidate will support the management team with additional projects as requested by the Senior Manager of Remarketing Sales and Operations and Remarketing Operations Managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create all marketing communications and campaigns on MBonDemand.com
- Collaborate and steer Vendors to ensure of alignment and that goals are attained
- Cultivate relationship with designated dealer network via continuous communication and consulting to improve PO/CPO sales and C3/off-lease purchase engagement
- Collaborate with MBUSA Field teams to develop dealer PO strategies and goals
- Identify and develop a working relationship with designated Independent dealer network. Facilitate Independent Dealer off-lease acquisition by promoting programs and Remarketing channels
- Manage and analyze sales reporting and provide dealer network updates of progress and opportunity
- Provide Manager with weekly update of all sales initiatives and targets. Keep SalesForce and other Account management tools current (as necessary) with dealer contact activities and reporting
- Resolve/Manage vehicle arbitration claims as needed
- Manage department budget and ensure spend is on-pace with yearly fiscal allotment
- Assist with any ad-hoc requests from Director and/or Senior MAnager
Qualifications
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) with an emphasis in:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Communications
- Accounting
- Economics
- Finance
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the following:
- Business – General Knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization
- Finance Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles and budgeting
- Marketing Communications Planning
- Knowledge of marketing research sources and data analysis techniques, marketing plan development process, strategic and creative integration techniques, marketing team organization, and operational processes
