Work Schedule

Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. The Opportunity

The role will help drive the delivery and change management of key initiatives that create value for our internal roles and external customers. This requires a dedicated and focused professional to partner across stakeholders and teams to create clear paths forward in our ability to deliver change. As a member of our Product Management team you will be required to respond quickly to business opportunities as they arise while maintaining day-to-day operational activities.

The Work Itself

Develop & plan holistic project plans that focus on delivery and change management. Partner across stakeholders, teams and operations to ensure alignment and clarity. Create transparency of work across audiences and drive the removal of barriers in the success of the project. Support operational organizations through change management by applying change management best practices to all strategic initiatives. Care for change and communication plans and support product teams in operationalizing change with high adoption results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years project and/or change management experience
• 3+ years in customer service or financial services industry is preferred.
• 2+ years leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.
• High level of responsibility and ownership
• Auto finance experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Base Pay Range $85,000.00 - $150,000.00

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
