Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Materials Planning, SIOP in McKinney, TX. The role focuses on aligning material position with production schedules using multiple shop floor control and MRPlrelated systems.

The candidate will ensure controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements, resolve shortages, and provide timely status on WIP, inventory, and production issues. This is an onsite role in McKinney, TX.

Qualifications

• Experience to include planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or experience in other production driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Work in a clean room environment 95% of the day wearing all required safety PPE.
• Evaluating and coordinating program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements.
• Providing status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
• Working with Process Planners and FAST staff to resolve material shortages and other issues impacting product build.
• Preparing work orders for the production of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirements.
• Working with program support staff to resolve material shortages and other issues impacting product build.
• Reporting on and troubleshooting MRP system generated exceptions; and taking corrective action on unfavorable trends as necessary.
• Conducting periodic physical inventory cycle counts and reconciling the system.
• Expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, etc.
• Performing movement of material to and from the factory, pack/ship (or other area) as needed.

• Experience to include planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or experience in other production driven environments.

• Experience with material planning, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Experience with government contracting requirements.
• Experience with MS Office 360 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook/Teams).

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
