Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a data‑driven marketing analytics professional who sits at the crossroads of strategy, data, and AI. You will collaborate with Digital Marketing, CRM, and Loyalty to translate data into scalable actions and automation.
As AI capabilities evolve, you’ll pilot agentic workflows, surface insights, and help the marketing organization operate more efficiently with data and technology.
You will be part of the Marketing Strategy & Analytics department within Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. (WSI). The Audience Strategy & Enablement team partners with marketing teams across all WSI brands — including Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, West Elm, and more — to drive smarter targeting, measurement, and customer engagement through data and technology.
This is a high‑visibility role sitting at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and emerging AI — and an opportunity to shape how a leading omni‑channel retailer uses automation and intelligence to drive measurable marketing outcomes.
You will partner closely with Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM), and Loyalty teams to turn data into action — building scalable solutions, surfacing insights, and identifying opportunities to automate and accelerate how our marketing organization operates. As AI capabilities evolve, you’ll play a meaningful role in piloting and scaling agentic workflows that extend the reach of our marketing data team.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
