Ferrara is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst in Chicago to support and configure its SuccessFactors platform and UKG Time Keeping across Time-Keeping, HCM, Benefits, and Compensation. You will work with Corporate HR, HR Field Team, and IT to drive HRIS initiatives and solve complex issues.

Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

Our team works directly with various stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues as well as develop enhancements and new features. Most importantly, we act as a strategic partner leveraging on our service provider developing solutions to automate and simplify processes for our business partners.
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will work closely with Corporate HR, HR Field Team, and the Information Technology Team to help drive a variety of projects and initiatives. The primary focus of this role is to serve as resource for the support and configuration of Ferrara's SuccessFactors platform, UKG Time Keeping and across multiple functional areas (Time-Keeping, HCM, Benefits, Compensation, etc.).

The salary range for this position is $80,325 to $112,455 annually.
