Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance or accounting required.
• 2+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare, oncology, or MSO/practice finance is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Excel incl. pivot tables; PowerBI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead GPO rebate tracking, accruals, and reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Develop models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across oncology practices.
• Analyze monthly performance vs budgets; identify variances and trends for leadership.
• Collaborate with accounting, clinical, and ops leaders to understand cost drivers and revenue cycles.
• Prepare dashboards and financial reports for operational leadership; translate data into insights.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably within the healthcare sector, with a strong preference for ***prior oncology experience***. An understanding of GPO rebates is a major plus. They should demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning systems like Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools. This position will report to the Senior Leader of Finance, Navista.
