Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with Navista (Oncology MSO) leadership. You will lead FP&A activities for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, delivering actionable insights to drive profitability.

The role requires strong Excel and data-modeling skills, with 4+ years in FP&A and preference for oncology experience. Location is Dublin, OH with a hybrid schedule requiring 1–2 days in the Dublin office weekly; remote work is possible for others.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A or equivalent finance role.
  • Oncology experience, highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-modeling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the manager in operating the FP&A function for Navista (Oncology MSO).
  • Oversee design, development, and improvement of standardized reporting and consolidation tools for actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Drive annual budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with corporate objectives and business unit strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality, timely financial reporting and analyses to enable data-driven decisions for growth and profitability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business leaders, finance teams, and stakeholders to support initiatives and optimize outcomes.
  • Lead month-end close activities with accuracy and integrity; support ad-hoc analyses and executive presentations.

An Advisor, Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units as an elevated analyst one layer below management.
