Strive Health Services LLC is seeking a strategic, data-driven Sr. Analyst, FP&A to model and track business performance, steward operating costs, partner internally on new business models, and implement processes to support Strive’s Growth. Reporting to the Sr.

Director, Finance, this role provides an opportunity to sharpen business and financial acumen in healthcare. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of financial modeling/analysis experience, strong Excel, and healthcare sector experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or quantitative field required.
• 2+ years modeling and reporting with financial statements.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience.
• 2+ years working with large, complex healthcare datasets.
• 2+ years advanced MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• 1+ years in the healthcare sector preferred (Value Based Care).
• Excellent communication and ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage enhancements to P&L reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Own CKCC and Joint Venture P&L reporting and forecasting support.
• Oversee cash reporting, forecasting, and partner cash-flow inputs.
• Manage partner-level fee contracts and SLA accruals forecasting.
• Support implementation of new tools for scalable financial processes.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Sr. Analyst, FP&A, to play a key supporting role within the Finance team as we work to model and track business performance, steward operating costs, partner internally on new business models and implement processes and systems to support Strive’s Growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance, this role provides an opportunity to sharpen business and financial acumen, deepen understanding of the healthcare industry, build relationships across all levels of the organization, and gain experience in a high-growth business as the Finance team enables Strive to transform kidney care for our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive enhancements to Strive Enterprise and market-level P&L reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Own CKCC and Joint Venture P&L reporting along with analysis and forecasting support including provider payment management.
• Oversee and drive enhancements on cash reporting, forecasting, and tracking of key partner cash flow inputs, including final partner settlements, provider payments, stop loss, and working capital.
• Manage partner-level fee contracts and SLA/quality metric accruals, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support implementation of new tools and technologies to build consistent, scalable, and repeatable financial processes.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting or any quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics).
• 2+ years of experience of modeling and reporting with financial statements.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with large, complex datasets (preferably in healthcare sector).
• 2+ years of advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office product suite, and other technology tools.
• 1+ years’ experience working in the Healthcare sector, preferably in a Value Based Care Setting.
• Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency
• Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and professionalism to share recommendations with team leaders and key stakeholders through verbal and written presentations.
• Hyperion Essbase/SmartView, and Oracle NetSuite experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience working at a start-up or scaling organization.

Annual Salary Range: $85,500 - $104,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10%

Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
