Job description

Are you ready to drive revenue growth and operational excellence in the fast-paced world of digital media? We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Analyst, Digital Partnerships to lead the optimization of our digital monetization platforms and partner-managed revenue channels. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of technology, revenue strategy, and cross-functional collaboration—maximizing performance, solving complex challenges, and ensuring our digital operations align with business priorities and brand safety standards.

If you thrive on turning data into action, building strong partnerships, and leading initiatives that directly impact the bottom line, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact at Scripps.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external platform partners or clients serving as key operational contact.
  • Lead day-to-day platform performance, revenue activity, and compliance requirements for assigned digital monetization platforms, accounts, or partner channels.
  • Support the development, implementation, and refinement of monetization strategies to improve revenue yield, operational efficiency, content monetization, rights management, brand safety, and policy compliance.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex platform, policy, delivery, reporting, or monetization issues; assess root causes and develop practical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key platform and technology partners, including YouTube/Google, serving as a primary liaison to drive revenue growth, platform optimization, content monetization, and partner success.
  • Provide timely reporting and analysis to cross-functional teams that connects platform performance, revenue trends, audience behavior, inventory performance, and partner updates to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Content, Product, Sales, Ad Operations, and other stakeholders to identify and execute new monetization opportunities, evaluate emerging platform capabilities, and support business development initiatives that advance Scripps’ digital revenue strategy.
  • Maintain a consistent operating rhythm with external platform or technology partners by coordinating updates, tracking follow-through, and communicating changes that may affect revenue, workflows, or compliance.
  • Support cross-functional projects related to platform launches, monetization tools, workflow improvements, reporting enhancements, or partner initiatives.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and best-practice guidance to support consistency, accountability, and scalability across accounts or platforms.
  • Act as a resource for less experienced team members by providing guidance on complex issues, reviewing work for accuracy, and sharing platform knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience
  • Generally, 5+ years of experience in related field preferred
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Advanced skill with digital ad operations, platform monetization, video operations, or a related digital media role with a track record of increasing responsibility
  • Strong understanding of platform policies, partner requirements, brand safety, rights management, and compliance impacts
  • Ability to analyze complex performance data and translate insights into revenue-focused recommendations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex, ambiguous, or non-routine issues independently
  • Project leadership skills, including cross-functional coordination, stakeholder influence, and initiative execution
  • Clear communication skills for technical, operational, business, and leadership audiences
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external platform or technology partners
  • Ability to mentor others and promote consistent practices across teams or accounts
