About The Role

  • Build weekly dashboards and reports to analyze and monitor business metrics.
  • Use multiple data sources and tools to interpret customer behavior and provide insights to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct analyses to enhance process efficiency and recommend actions to stakeholders.
  • Assist in data management, governance, and quality assurance across departments.
  • Develop predictive models to support decision-making.
  • Create monthly forecasts of key metrics.
  • Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, communicating results and recommendations.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders to align growth strategies.
  • Analyze data to improve financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and software (e.g., Python, R).
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience conducting A/B tests.
  • Understanding of technical systems and data architecture.
  • Ability to interpret data, create summaries, and deliver insights.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision and mentorship abilities in SQL and ETL processes.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years in data analysis, project management, and presentation.
  • 2+ years experience with SAS/SQL/Python.
  • Predictive analytics experience is a plus.
