Overview:
The Sr. Analyst will report to the SVP of Corporate Development and M&A. Responsible for financial and strategic analysis of potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic alternatives in alignment with corporate objectives. The position involves evaluating and executing merger, acquisition, and other transactions globally. The individual will work on high-visibility projects.
Scope:
This role focuses on financial and technical analysis within the Software industry, partnering with the Corporate Development and M&A team at Blue Yonder to support company-wide inorganic growth strategies.

The Blue Yonder Corporate Development team manages all M&A and growth opportunities, from pipeline management to deal execution. They serve as strategic partners to leadership, developing business cases, deal concepts, and executing complex transactions, often leading cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this position is $104,669.00 to $151,665.00 USD. The actual salary will depend on skills, experience, and location. The role may include bonuses or commissions based on performance.
