Job summary

Moët Hennessy USA, Inc. is hiring a National Senior Analyst to manage pricing data, A&P budgets, and revenue reporting. This hybrid role, located in NYC, partners with Sales, Brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely insights across markets.

You will own pricing calendars, support pricing changes, and deliver performance analyses to drive commercial decisions. Strong Excel/Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial analytics, finance, sales operations, revenue management, or related field.
  • Wine & spirits, CPG, luxury, or distributor/three-tier experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Understanding of AI technology, machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data science workflows.
  • Passion for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Highly analytical thinker with strong execution discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Translate data into actionable insights & recommendations.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Value & Performance – National Sr. Analyst serves as the operational execution partner to the Commercial Value & Performance Team, reporting to the team Senior Manager. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of pricing data, A&P budget monitoring, revenue administration, and commercial performance reporting across assigned business areas. The Sr. Analyst will bridge revenue management and commercial planning disciplines, financial accuracy, and timely delivery of insights and reporting to key stakeholders.

Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office

Compensation: $78,000-$98,000/ Annually + Bonus

  • Maintain and monitor distributor pricing data across assigned markets and brands, ensuring accuracy within the pricing tool and compliance to contractual terms.
  • Coordinate price increase execution, including price filing and documentation.
  • Coordinate pricing requests and updates from distributor partners, providing administrative support and communicating changes to stakeholders.
  • Support the setup and communication of pricing for new items across assigned markets.
  • Review and process distributor FTT invoices, identify and escalating discrepancies.
  • Maintain pricing calendars and support key pricing milestones and deadlines.
A&P & Trade Budget Management
  • Support the development of A&P budgets for General Managers and Market Directors
  • Monitor A&P, T&E, and DPP budget management on an ongoing basis across assigned markets
  • Support the execution of MAP A&P phasing and reclassification processes
  • Support reconciliation of FAR in partnership with the FAR Team
Tool Training & Stakeholder Support
  • Provide day-to-day support to Commercial Sales and Brand teams on key systems, including Anaplan MAP, Reclasses, Commercial Value Tool and the Anaplan Pricing Tool.
  • Assist with creating training materials, responding to user questions, and escalating system issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to support pricing, budgeting, and reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with Area Leads, Market Leads, the Insights Team, and other cross-functional partners to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
  • Provide general administrative and project coordination support for Commercial Value & Performance initiatives as needed.
Commercial Reporting & Performance Insights
  • Prepare recurring performance reports across assigned markets, brands, and commercial priorities.
  • Analyze pricing, spend, and performance trends to identify risks, opportunities, and data inconsistencies.
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for key stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc analyses related to revenue management, promotional effectiveness, ROI, and market performance.
Education
Professional Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial analytics, finance, sales operations, revenue management, or related field
