• Innovation Leadership: Take charge of leading innovation projects that have a direct impact on accelerating DHL Supply Chain operations performance, contributing significantly to the achievement of targeted revenue and profit growth
• Driving Digital Transformation: Play a pivotal role in actively driving the Accelerated Digitalization process from its inception, overseeing every facet from idea generation, through seamless delivery, to continuous performance monitoring
• Strategic Analysis Development: Develop comprehensive analysis for strategic initiatives by conducting primary and secondary research, performing data summation and analytics, preparing persuasive presentations, and effectively presenting key findings. Provide general support to ensure strategic success
• Business Collaboration: Partners closely with business units to ensure the smooth integration of innovative solutions, striving to augment business value and elevate customer engagement through innovative practices
• Effective Training and Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate effective training and knowledge transfer to site users and others, ensuring they are well-versed in the operation, maintenance, and issue resolution of performance tracking tools/systems
• Promoting Innovative Culture: Foster an environment within the analysis process that encourages open, uninhibited sharing of ideas and insights. Implement process improvement methodologies to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
• Championing Best Practices: Champion the distribution of best practices during the deployment of innovations, actively contributing to the successful implementation and ongoing refinement of transformative initiatives
• Assessment Tool Development: Develop specialized tools tailored to specific products that facilitate the regional deployment of innovative solutions, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency
• Reporting and Presentation: Collaborate on Global/NorAm DHL Supply Chain Innovation reporting and presentation activities, adding valuable insights and data to convey progress and accomplishments effectively
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, displaying flexibility and adaptability to contribute to diverse initiatives as needed
