Responsibilities

• Retrieve and mine relevant data from key systems (SAP, AS400, Facets, Business Objects).
• Prepare month end reporting and analysis.
• Conduct financial/operational research and analyses such as claim analysis, collection rates and productivity reporting.
• Compile or prepare reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
• Analyze claim data and identify opportunities for efficiencies.
• Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to review analyses.
• Track, report, and analyze financial and operational performance metrics.
• Prepare special claim and operational reports, quantify savings and process opportunities.
• Coordinate with all levels of management to gather and summarize data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours: M-F/ 9am to 5pm – 40hours per week HYBRID - 2-3x in Mason Office.

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sr. Analyst – Claims works closely with process leaders to develop KPI’s, enhance operational reporting, perform analytics to highlight process opportunities, complete month end close responsibilities and analyze financial data to identify areas of opportunities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Retrieve and mine relevant data from key systems (SAP, AS400, Facets, Business Objects).
• Prepare month end reporting and analysis
• Perform financial/operational research work and prepare analyses such as claim analysis, collection rates and productivity reporting.
• Compile or prepare reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
• Analyze claim data, provide reporting and trend analysis, identify areas of opportunity for efficiencies.
• Cooperate with other departments and stakeholders in the preparation and review of analyses.
• Track, report, and analyze financial and operational performance measurement indicators.
• Prepare special claim and operational reports, quantify savings and process opportunities.
• Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, research, analyze and summarize financial and operational data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent)
• 3+ years of comparable experience
