Job summary

Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to lead cross-functional efforts in an Agile environment, gathering and documenting business requirements for software projects, and translating needs into clear user stories.

You will mentor junior analysts, facilitate communication between business and development teams, review system enhancements, create flow diagrams, and stay current with industry best practices to improve processes and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent technology industry background.
• Proficiency in identifying and solving business problems through innovative and practical solutions.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to all levels.
• Experience collecting, documenting, and managing system requirements from stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of highly complex, multi-platform applications and systems.
• Effective communication and documentation skills to create comprehensive reports, manuals, workflows, and specifications.

• Experience as a QA or Developer.
• Expertise in other roles on an Agile Development Team, such as Quality Engineer, Software Engineer, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.

Base Salary Range $87,400.00 - $123,400.00

Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
