Job Summary

Interfaces with the customer in developing requirements for major projects of considerable complexity; prepares system design specifications; conducts research to resolve customer-initiated issues related to core systems processing; and coordinates and manages project teams in the development of large multi-system, multi-platform projects. This role also involves implementing the test approach, strategy for test automation and analytics, enforcing quality standards, and providing project support and oversight, including integration with other projects. Responsible for leading and executing UAT test artifacts and tasks accurately and timely.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and prepare system design specifications for complex projects.
• Create, review, and analyze project requests and test cases.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries using technical tools and programming expertise.
• Coordinate with operations staff and develop technical solutions for business and system problems.
• Lead development teams through project implementation phases.
• Manage client relations, notify clients of schedules, and present results.
• Mentor team members and share system and business knowledge.
• Validate test results and lead testing from requirements review to deployment.
• Design test plans and cases for new and existing features, including regression testing.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation, upgrades, and problem resolution.
• Support QA and other testing activities as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business systems, testing, and data analytics.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
