What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and design functional requirements for Equities data related to regulatory and analytic projects
- Collaborate with business, compliance, and legal partners to determine requirements and develop specifications
- Facilitate sign-off on requirements with business partners
- Ensure clear communication and translation of requirements with developers and QA testers
- Manage data quality issues from investigation to resolution, tracking impact and follow-up across business lines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the financial markets
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to write database queries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with all management levels
- Working knowledge of FINRA OATS and/or Consolidated Audit Trail regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Equities Trading, Options Trading, and e-Trading
- Familiarity with Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record of ownership in problem-solving and resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively across various business units
