Brobston Group in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst to manage Blue Book, High Jewelry, client-owned merchandise, and repair projects involving diamonds. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers to support product quality, pricing accuracy, procurement, and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes developing project plans, tracking milestones, and maintaining data integrity across stone movement, inventory counts, and budgets, while leading meetings and driving speed-to-market

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Demonstrated project management and process improvement experience, including managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and working knowledge of MRP systems.
  • Ability to travel based on business needs; a Graduate Gemologist degree is preferred.
