Major Duties:

1. Execute a variety of complex account maintenance activities for Wealth Management and Institutional clients.
2. Process and handle cases that may require analysis and interaction with the client servicing team.
3. Resolve simple issues, work effectively as a team member, and assist in coaching and developing Junior Analysts.
4. Perform activities with significant financial, client, or internal business impact.
5. Interact directly with committees and/or senior management as needed.
6. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees.
7. Manage daily operational activities and supervise the work of junior staff (not a formal management role).
8. Demonstrate technical expertise and broader knowledge across areas.
9. Deliver high-quality work requiring minimal revisions.
10. Facilitate discussions and reach decisions effectively.

Knowledge:

Experience:
