Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on customer-facing software in production.
• Experience using AI coding agents for feature delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Proficient in designing systems and data models for performance and data-flow optimization.
• Ability to write clear agent specifications and technical documentation for team execution.
• Expertise in context engineering for reliable agent execution across teams.
• Proven skills in designing agent workflows with human checkpoints for parallel execution.
• Strong debugging skills, including root-cause analysis of unfamiliar code.

This role will help shape how emerging AI-assisted development practices are translated into reliable, production-ready software delivery. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to turn product ideas into clear technical direction, while driving execution across multiple parallel workstreams.
