Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a Senior Advisor, Corporate Business Development to drive revenue growth by creating strategic partnerships with mid-sized companies through cause marketing, sponsorships, employee engagement, corporate giving, and executive involvement.

You will serve as a trusted advisor across Territory and Enterprise teams, shaping strategies, elevating sales execution, and enabling sustainable growth through best practices and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven consultative sales experience in B2B environments.
  • Experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorships, or enterprise sales.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in finance or technology sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new corporate revenue through new partner acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Build, manage, and advance a strong pipeline of qualified prospects with a primary focus on mid-sized companies.
  • Identify, cultivate, and secure opportunities including cause marketing campaigns, corporate sponsorships, corporate and corporate foundation giving, employee giving and payroll deduction programs, and employee volunteering initiatives.
  • Lead complex opportunities with multi-stakeholder involvement and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize impact and revenue.
  • Forecast, plan, and report on revenue and partnership progress, aligning with Territory and Enterprise teams.
