In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support to Operations leadership on our Texas campus, with occasional support to the Operations Executive Vice President. You will support meeting coordination, communications, travel planning, event logistics, and assigned project coordination. This role will interact with leaders, associates, and business partners across the organization and requires strong organization, prioritization, discretion, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative administrative professional who can manage varied assignments, anticipate routine business needs, follow established procedures, and elevate significant exceptions appropriately. Mentorship and professional development opportunities will be provided to support your growth in this role.
This position currently offers an onsite work schedule, with the expectation that you will be in the office four (4) days per week during onsite core days. Our current onsite core days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The work schedule type and core days are subject to change with advance notification and manager discretion.
