Qualifications

  • 2 years supporting an executive level (VP or higher) position required.
  • Customer service and financial background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with internal / external senior executives, team members and board of directors.
  • Maintain executive calendars and meetings to include resolution of conflicting agendas, materials preparation, distribution and deliverables tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to Strategic Accounts Leaders and other Field leaders as directed by the COO.
  • Plan travel schedules and offsite meeting arrangements for Field Sr Leaders and resulting expense reports.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage VIP visits of clients and senior leadership.
  • Develop and edit a wide variety of documents to include communications, presentations, organizational charts, reports, agendas and minutes of meetings.
  • Point of contact with Region Field offices, corporate departments, external customers and vendors in the resolution of routine administrative and operational issues.
  • Screen incoming issues to assist with prioritization.
  • Manage special projects as requested.
  • Act as backup to other team members in their absence.

SUMMARY:

Under managerial supervision, provide exceptional business operations support to field COO and senior regional leaders. Interface with senior leaders, Executive Committee, and significant clients with a goal of delivering exceptional “world-class” service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 4 years related work experience required.
  • 2 years supporting an executive level (VP or higher) position required.
  • Customer service and financial background preferred.

  • None required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimal travel may be required, up to 5%.
