Principal Responsibilities
- Manage a highly complex business calendar with a keen sense of prioritization and time management to maximize effective use of time while maintaining a friendly, accessible atmosphere with colleagues and external partners.
- Coordinate departmental senior leadership meetings and related leadership activities.
- Collect and consolidate management data and reports to track performance against goals and corporate strategy.
- Organize confidential files, manage relevant data, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and process expense reports on time.
- Plan and coordinate global department meetings, celebrations, and off-site events.
- Interact with all levels of management and handle highly confidential documents and materials.
- Exercise independent discretion and judgment to solve complex project-, department-, or division-related problems.
- Coordinate staff hiring and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
- Lead or support key departmental or organizational business-support projects, such as facility moves, onboarding-process improvements, and the Administrative Assistant Community of Practice.
Principal Relationships
The Executive Administrative Assistant works closely with other Administrative Assistants in Global Development.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma and at least four years of administrative experience are required; an associate degree is preferred.
- Experience supporting managers with global responsibility is preferred.
- Experience leading business-support projects is required.
- General systems proficiency, learning agility, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) are required.
- Experience managing multiple complex Outlook calendars and scheduling on-site and off-site meetings is required.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel is required.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information and documents is required.
- Experience with Ariba, Aravo, or a related accounts-payable system, and with Concur or a related travel-and-expense system, is preferred.
- Experience with SharePoint, Zoom, Teams, finance systems (for example, Beacon or One Supply), and HR systems (for example, OurSource or Workday) is preferred.
- Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and international time zones is required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- A strong sense of urgency, professionalism, organization, judgment, and reasoning ability is required.
- Must be a collaborative team player who can partner with all organizational levels, coordinate with administrative colleagues, multitask, and work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $52,500.00 - $84,525.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency
- Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
- Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
- Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
- Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
- Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
- Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
- Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
- Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
