We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Global Development Business Operations Communications, to be in Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; or Spring House, PA. This is a hybrid position that requires you to be on site three days a week.
The Manager, GD Business Operations Communications is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution, coordination, and operational delivery of Global Development (GD) strategic messaging initiatives within the Business Growth, Innovation and Advocacy (BGIA) team.
This role partners with the Director, Global Development Strategy and Operations, the Sr. Director, GD Strategy & Operations, the VP, GD Bus Ops and Partnerships, and others across GD to support advancement of GD goals, strengthen culture, and reinforce key ways of working.
This includes overseeing core business operations communications, including management of the GD communications calendar, distribution lists, Home postings, SharePoint sites, newsletter article submissions, calendar invitations, town hall and meeting logistics, content preparation, approvals coordination, and follow-up on key deliverables.
The Manager helps support consistent messaging across the organization in areas including business operations priorities, execution of strategic initiatives, change management/organizational transformation and cross-functional business initiatives.
The Manager supports the execution of key employee engagement activities, including town halls, Senior Manager forums, leadership meetings, newsletters, and people leader communications. Working closely with stakeholders across GD, this individual coordinates deliverables and logistics to help ensure employees receive clear, timely, and consistent information across channels.
The Manager will also support the development, tracking, and reporting of metrics and key performance indicators, including quarterly business operations communications KPIs, to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness. The role provides additional support to the Director, Global Development Strategy and Operations as needed, while partnering with and leveraging self-service resources from the Innovative Medicine (IM) Communications & Public Affairs (CPA) team.
Preferred Area of Study: Communications, journalism, public relations / public affairs, business operations, or related area.
Preferred Related Industry Experience: Experience supporting communications operations, internal communications channels, content management, meeting logistics, metrics reporting, and or process governance in a large, complex organization is preferred. Experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, or R&D communications is preferred.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Other relevant experiences and skills may be considered by the hiring manager when considering the candidate's eligibility.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
