A leading company is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support for their Advanced Materials business unit. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information. In October 2024, Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. The new, independent company will be named Solstice Advanced Materials, expected to happen in late 2025 or early 2026.
