In October 2024, Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Sr Administrative Assistant

As a Senior Administrative Assistant at Honeywell, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Advanced Materials business unit. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and handling sensitive information. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities are essential to ensure smooth office operations. You will support the guide team and work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to our collective success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Expense reporting
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and materials
  • Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
  • Assist with coordinating special events and projects
  • Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, filing, and data entry
