About Brave

Summary

Brave is seeking an experienced Ad Sales representative to join our sales team. This role focuses on developing new client relationships to place ads within the Brave Ecosystem. You will drive Brave’s revenue growth by expanding our client base and increasing ad revenue across the US, Canada, UK, France, or Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure advertising clients at both agency and brand levels to grow Brave’s revenue.
  • Develop business cases and create innovative proposals that deliver value to clients.
  • Build relationships and lead negotiations with partners from C-level executives to key functional leads.
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of potential advertisers in priority verticals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and account management teams during partner onboarding and development.
  • Contribute to partnership strategy and platform roadmap discussions.

Requirements

  • Advanced 4-year degree in Technology or Business; MS or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in an ad sales environment.
  • Proven success in selling various advertising products, including search, managed services, and self-serve campaigns.
  • Ability to structure and negotiate complex business deals.
  • Highly organized in managing pre-sale, sale, and campaign maintenance activities, including upselling.
  • Experience delivering executive-level presentations internally and externally.
  • 10+ years of business and advertising sales experience.
