Job summary

Rally House in Kansas is seeking a Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support by processing invoices and reconciling payments for our nationwide stores.

This role requires 1–3 years of AP experience, strong math skills, and solid Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel). You will work in an office setting with standard equipment, and benefit from competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

The Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. The Non-Inventory Facilities Team solely works with utility vendors for all retail locations, warehouse, and corporate.

General Math Skills and a love for numbers! General Microsoft Office knowledge, basic Outlook and Excel.

Physical

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs, and to walk short distances.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable or in another related position.

Pay Range $25.00 - $30.00
