Job Summary

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Partner with local management to understand financial results and lead action planning
• Complete daily sales reporting and credit card transaction balancing
• Prepare weekly financial forecasts for the next 90 days
• Manage monthly financial close, including revenue reporting, journal entries, and accruals
• Prepare monthly financial packets and process wire payments
• Collaborate with partner finance teams as applicable
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including payments, refunds, and invoice adjustments
• Oversee the annual budget process
• Ensure sales tax accuracy and document management
• Support external audits
• Perform ad hoc analyses as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• At least two years of accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Effective communication skills across all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented team player with initiative
• Knowledge of SAP financial systems and/or Access
• Experience with account reconciliation software
